Paid ads for med spas and medical spas

Paid ads put a treatment in front of someone who is searching or scrolling this week, which is exactly when a quiet stretch of the calendar needs help. We are a marketing agency, not a medical provider, and our paid ads work for med spas is built around each platform's health rules.

When a med spa reaches for ads

Search work builds slowly. Paid ads can move sooner, and they suit a few particular moments: a new laser or a new service on the menu, a slow weekday pattern the owner cannot explain, a season such as the weeks before summer or the holiday gift card rush in many regions, or a new injector whose schedule has gaps to fill.

They are also the one lever you can turn down. When the treatment rooms are full, the budget drops. When one phone rings during every treatment, you may decide the answer is fewer new consults, not more.

Health advertising has rules, so we read them first

Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) limit health and wellness advertising: before and after imagery, claims about a person's body, personal-attribute targeting and some prescription product wording are all in the zone of restriction. Policies change. We read each platform's current policy before building anything, and we tell you when an idea is likely to be disapproved. An ad account can be limited or suspended, which is why we keep accounts in your name and keep ad text free of outcome claims.

State rules about who may inject, who may run lasers and what an ad must disclose are a different layer. Please check your own state board and your own counsel; this is not legal advice.

What each platform is for

  • Active searchers

    Google Ads

Reaches people typing treatment names and "near me" phrases. Read the Google Ads for med spas page.

  • A smaller second search

    Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising)

A smaller audience, often worth a modest test next to Google. See Bing Ads for med spas.

  • Discovery and local reach

    Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)

Reaches people who were not searching yet, within the platform's restrictions. See Meta Ads for med spas.

How the management runs

  1. We read the policy

Before any campaign exists, we check the current health and wellness policy for each platform in use.

  2. We build in your account

Campaigns are set up inside an ad account you own, split by treatment and intent.

  3. We set up tracking

Calls and forms are tracked before the first ad runs, so a consult can be tied back to its source.

  4. We watch and adjust

Search terms, budgets and placements are reviewed, and we trim what brings the wrong inquiries.

  5. We report plainly

A monthly report ties paid ads to calls and forms rather than to impressions.

What paid ads management includes

  • Campaign build on one, two or three platforms
  • Ad text checked against health and wellness limits, without outcome language
  • Negative keywords for job seekers, at-home devices, hair botox and other spas' names
  • Call and form tracking before launch
  • Landing page notes so the page matches the ad and says only what you approve
  • Click spend paid by you directly to each platform

What it costs

Management is a flat monthly fee based on how many platforms we run, and click spend is separate. Every price is on the pricing page, with no contract and no startup fee.

Quick answers on ad management

Does management include the click spend?

No. You pay each platform directly for clicks, so you always see where the money goes. Our fee is the management work, as shown on the pricing page.

Can ads show before and after photos?

We do not write outcome claims or build ads around them. Platforms restrict that kind of imagery, and consent and state rules apply on top. We would work with the space, the menu and the team instead.

How fast do paid ads work?

Campaigns can start sooner than search work, but timing depends on platform review and on how your booking page performs. We will not promise a number of calls or consults.

Fill the quiet weekdays on purpose

Book a short call and we will talk through which platform suits your menu and what a measured first test would look like. Prices are on the pricing page.
